Remington 700

The Model 700 series of firearms are hunting rifles manufactured by Remington Arms.

All are based on the same frame; they use centrefire bolt action, have a 5-round magazine, and can accept 3rd party scopes. Some variants can mount bipods, slings and other accessories.

The M24 Sniper Weapon System, considered to be one of the most accurate production rifles in the world, is built on the Model 700 frame.
