Reach Around
A slang term referring a sexual act where one partner, during anal sex or "doggy style" sex, reaches around their partner's pelvis in order to manually stimulate their partner's penis or clitoris.
Euphemistically it means to give a person a small courtesy while they are providing you with a large one, often at great sacrifice or inconvenience.
