Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum

Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum (1912 – October 7, 1990) was the prime minister of Dubai from 1979 to 1990. He ruled for 32 years, until his death.

Both his predecessor and his successor is Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is the current prime minister of Dubai.
