Randal O'Toole

Randal O'Toole is an economist. Presetly he is workin as a director of the Oregon-based Thoreau Institute since 1975. He is also associated as an adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute since 1995. He has done so many things of importance. He has written several things but shot to higher fame after writing the book entitled The Vanishing Automobile and Other Urban Myths.
