Ralph E. Hayes, Jr. is a freelance artist and illustrator living in South Charleston, West Virginia. His fascination with cartooning began at an early age, and has endured through many life changes over his thirty and one years.
He produces three online comic strips and also does a wide variety of freelance work, ranging from commissioned drawings and paintings to mascot and logo design for websites and artwork for sunday-school leaflets. He is always available for commission.
