Railbuff

A railbuff is a person with a particular interest in railways (or railroads in American English). This hobby extends to all aspects of the railway system, though various people have particular concentrations of interest:

• railway engines and cars
• visiting and mapping railway lines and stations
• exploring subway systems
• abandoned and disused railway lines, tunnels, stations and subway stations
