Rail Gun (Stargate)

In the stargate universe earth has developed a Rail Gun which produces an impact velocity of Mark 5 at 250 miles per secound. A standard magazine is capable of holding 10000 rounds. These rail guns were effective in helping defend Atlantis from the Wraith fighter ships. They have also been installed on the Prometheus.
