Ragnarok (Final Fantasy Weapon)

A powerful sword in several of the Final Fantasy video games, specifically Final Fantasy VI, VII, IX, and X. It has few specific characteristics that carry from game to game. For the most part, the sword is simply a strong, near-end of game weapon used by the main character of sword-bearing character.

In Final Fantasy VIII, the Ragnarok is an Esthar spaceship that Squall and the others obtain and use, though it is not taken outside of the planet's atmosphere.
