Raffaele Lombardo
Raffaele Lombardo (born on 29 October 1950 in Catania) is a Italian politician and Member of the European Parliament for Islands with the Cristiani Democratici Uniti, part of the European People's Party and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs.
He is a substitute for the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety, a member of the Delegation for relations with the Maghreb countries and the Arab Maghreb Union (including Libya) and a substitute for the Delegation for relations with Canada.

- Member of the Sicilian Regional Assembly for ten years
Career
- 1991–1992: Member of the Sicilian Regional Executive with responsibility for local authorities
- since 2003: Chairman of the Catania Provincial Council
- since 1999: Member of the European Parliament
