Rafet El Roman (born August 25, 1968 in Edirne, Turkey), is a pop star in his home-country. He moved to Germany at the age of 7 with his family.

He has 5 solo albums so far. His first album sold 800,000 official copies which was a significant success for a new pop star on those years.

He has two little daughters. Unfortunately, he was divorced from his beauty contest title-holder wife Tuba Altintop in 2002.

He knows German, English, Italian and Turkish.
