Racha

Racha is a province in Western Georgia, which is bordered by the mountain-range of Greater Caucasus to the north and east, Imereti to the south, Lechkhumi and Svaneti to the west. It is situated in the northern valey of Rioni river and is surrounded by mountains. Oni is the main town of the province. Administratively, Rach'a is incorporated together with the neighbouring province of Lechkhumi and the lower part of neighbouring mountainous province of Svaneti into Racha-Lechkhumi-Kvemo Svaneti region.
