Quebec provincial highway 185

Quebec Highway 185 is part of the Trans-Canada Highway. It travels from Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec to Edmundston, New Brunswick, a distance of about 99 km (62 miles). It connects Quebec Autoroute 20 and New Brunswick Highway 2.

The southern section of the highway follows the valley of the Madawaska River.

Route 185 is slowly being upgraded to Autoroute standard, it is eventually planned to be a 4-lane controlled-access freeway, which will be numbered as Autoroute 85.
