Qdoba Mexican Grill
Qdoba Mexican Grill is a chain of restaurants in the United States serving Mexican-style cuisine. The first restaurant opened in 1995 in Denver, Colorado. Qdoba now has over 100 locations throughout the country. In 2003, the Jack in the Box company acquired the chain. The main rival to Qdoba is the Chipotle Mexican Grill chain.
Qdoba is known for its burritos, tacos, quesadillas, taco salads, and fresh guacamole (made on-site, daily). The format of the restaurant is similar to that of a fast food establishment, but the new restaurant industry term "fast casual" would best describe it.
