Pylons of Voerde
The Pylons of Voerde are two suspension pylons of the combined 220kV/110kV-powerline crossing the river Rhine near Voerde on the Lower Rhine. The Pylons of Voerde were built in 1926 and designed for the arrangement of 6 conductors in three levels. They weigh 172 tons and are 138 metres high.
