Pocologan, New Brunswick

Pocologan is a seaside community located on the Bay of Fundy between St. John and St. Andrews, New Brunswick. Early European industry was in clams where an extraordinary number of clams were harvested and processed. The industry was hit hard by over-harvesting in the 1980s. Originally Pocologan included New River Beach.
