Picardy is one of the 26 administrative région of France. It is located in the northern part of France. It became a province in 1477. The capital is Amiens. The main crops of Picardy are wheat, sugar beets, and fodder.
A minority of people speak the Picard language, one of the languages of France. "P'tit quinquin" is the regional anthem.
