Phoenix Triumphant is a novel by the author E. R. Hooton. It is a new look at the rise and fall of the Luftwaffe. It traverses the period 1924 until 1940 with emphasis on Pre-World War II production and plans, aircraft production from 1933 to 1939, and Luftwaffe expansion from 1935 to 1938.
