Phil Coulter

Phil Coulter (born 19 February 1942) is a songwriter from Londonderry in Northern Ireland. He is best known for the songs Ireland's Call and The Town I Loved So Well.

Together with Bill Martin, Coulter wrote Sandie Shaw's Eurovision Song Contest winning entry, "Puppet on a String".
