Phelan, California

Phelan is a small unincorporated town located in San Bernardino County, California on California SR-18. It is located 30 miles east of Palmdale, and 18 miles west of Victorville. It is situated between the mountains to the south and the desert to the north. The town has a population of about 9,300.
