Phantasm (movie)

Phantasm is a low-budget cult classic horror movie released in 1979 and directed by Don Coscarelli. It introduced the Tall Man (whose original name is Jebediah Morningside; he was portrayed in the film and its sequels by Angus Scrimm), a supernatural sadistic undertaker who turns corpses into midget zombies to do his bidding and take over the world. The Tall Man uses flying silver balls that contain a pair of lethal spiked blades and a drill that evacuates the victim's brain.
