Pepsi Holiday Spice is a limited edition of Pepsi-Cola which the company began selling November 1, 2004 in the U.S.A. for an eight-week period (to the end of the year).
The drink is Pepsi-Cola with a spicy Christmas seasonal finish of ginger and cinnamon.
