A crude joke among teenagers referring to the male penis, as opposed to the female penis, much like the "Slash-Slash Agina Club". An unsuspecting teenager agrees to join the "Pen Fifteen Club" after being egged on by said victim's friends. However, in order to join, they must have the word "Pen15" written on their hand. Because the word has been written upside-down, the victim usually cannot understand the joke, and therefore is embarrassed.
