American Political Figures
Jerry Brown
- Governor Moonbeam: suggests that the former governor of California was/is out of touch with reality
George W. Bush
- Dumbya [1]: his nickname, Dubya, modified to suggest dumb (sense of 'stupid')
- resident-select [2] [3]: president-elect modified after the US presidential election of 2000 to suggest that Bush was selected by the Supreme Court (rather than elected by the voting public) and that he was merely the resident of the White House (rather than the legitimate president of the US)
- Thief-in-Chief [4]: a rhyming play on Commander-in-Chief (one title of the US president). Also "hail to the thief"
- Herr Busch: suggests militarism (like the Germans in World War I)
Robert Byrd
- Senator Sheets: suggests that Byrd is still a racist even though he has resigned from the KKK
Bill Clinton & Hillary Clinton
- Billary: suggests that Bill is/was controlled by Hillary, or that she was "co-president"
- Bill Cunton: suggests that Bill is a sexual predator
- Bill Kkklinton: perception of racism in his administration
- Billy Blythe: President Clinton's real name (prior to being adopted), also the name of his biological father – a well known philanderer and travelling salesman, suggests that Mr. Clinton is just like his father
- Clintonista: suggests a Marxist agenda, based on the root word "Sandinista" [5]
- Doublewide White House: aspersion that the Clintons are white trash, also possible reference to Mr. Clinton's weight and Ms. Clinton's hips
- Hillary Cunton: suggests that Hillary is the "c word"
- Hillary Rode 'Em Clinton: suggests that Hillary is a lesbian
- Hillary Rodman Clinton: suggests that Hillary is an egotist like Dennis Rodman
- Mr. Rodham: term for Mr. Clinton based on the perception that Hillary wore the pants in the relationship
- Oral Office: where Mr. Clinton received sexual favors from an intern
- Senator Hillary Carpetbagger: suggests that Hillary is a political opportunist
- Slick Willie: refers to Mr. Clinton's ability to evade questions or blame.
- Teflon President: see "Slick Willie"
- Waffle House: refers to the perception of constantly changing positions coming from the Clinton White House – also a "white trash" aspersion
Jane Fonda
- Hanoi Jane: term suggests that Fonda's allegiance belonged/belongs to Hanoi
Jesse Jackson
- Jesse Jackoff: term suggests that Jackson is only interested in self gratification
Lyndon Baines Johnson
- El BJ: suggests that Johnson was a philanderer
John F. Kennedy
- John "F" em all Kennedy: suggests that Kennedy was a serial philanderer
John F. Kerry
- Hanoi John: recalls his partnership with Jane Fonda in the antiwar movement
Martin Luther King, Jr.
- Martin Lucifer Koon and Marxist Lucifer Koon: terms used by white supremacists to suggest that Rev. King was demonic and/or Marxist
Rush Limbaugh
- Bush Rimjob: suggests that he is controlled by the GOP
- Lush Rimbaugh: suggests that he is an alcoholic or a drunk
Joseph McCarthy
- Tailgunner Joe: term suggests that McCarthy was belligerent
Michael Moore
- Michael MWhore: suggests that he is corrupt and driven by self interest, rather than driven by idealism
Ralph Nader
- Darth Nader: suggests that Mr. Nader is sinister and malevolent like Darth Vader, espoused by some corporate interests and some members of the Democrat party
- Ralph Vader: same meaning as above
Richard Nixon
- Tricky Dick: suggests political dirty tricks
Arnold Schwarzenegger
- The Governator: suggests he will be destructive like his portrayal of The Terminator
Al Sharpton
- al Charlatan: suggests Sharpton is a con artist – possibly based on his handling of the Tawana Brawley fraud

- Demicans, Republicrats: a phrase coined by Al Capp in a "Lil Abner" comic strip to suggest that both parties are basically the same; Ralph Nader and Michael Savage also claim credit for originating the phrase.
- DemonRats, Demorats, DemocRATs: suggests demons and rats
- Dhimmicrats: suggests dhimmis – coined by the warblog "Aaron's Rantblog" (currently down) and used by Republicans to suggest Democrats are 'soft on terrorism'
- Dim-o-crats: suggests Democrats are naive, foolish, or just not very bright
- Dummycrats: suggests Democrats are naive, foolish, or too idealistic to govern
Republicans
- Richpublicans: suggests Republicans are pro-plutocracy
British Political Figures
Tony Blair
- Tony Bliar: suggests liar
- Tony Blur: suggests fuzzy policies

- Robin Crook: suggests dishonesty

- The Iron Lady: term suggests that Thatcher was too stern

- Ralph Clown: suggesting a certain foolishness.

- PET: his initials, the joke being that they spell the French word for "fart".

- demogogcracy suggests that politicians spend too much time as pundits, rather than governance
- dumbocracy (in, for example, the title of Robert Brustein's book Dumbocracy in America: Studies in the theatre of guilt, 1987–1994, ISBN 1566630606): suggests dumb (sense of 'stupid')
Monarchy
- Moronarchy : suggests that the British system of constitutional monarchy is stupid and outdated
Socialism
- SoCalism : suggests that southern California is socialistic, or is becoming more socialistic
Spanish
- Carcelona [8]: Barcelona modified to include cárcel, which means 'prison'
- Fachadolid: Valladolid mixed with facha, pejorative term for fascist.
- Locombia: Colombia with letters reversed to include loco, Spanish for crazy.
