Pax Mongolica
The Pax Mongolica or "Mongol Peace" resulted from the Mongol Empire's conquest of the territory from Southeast Asia to Europe in the 13th and 14th centuries. The "Silk Road," which connected trade centers across Asia and Europe, was made possible by the Mongol control of this entire territory.
