Pat Burns
Pat Burns (Born: April 4, 1952 in St. Henri, Quebec is a French Canadian head coach for the National Hockey League New Jersey Devils. He has also coached the Montreal Canadiens, Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins. He has won three Jack Adams Awards with these three different teams – Montreal (1989), Toronto (1993) and Boston (1998), having the distinction of being the only three time winner. He also coached for the QMJHL Hull Olympiques and AHL Sherbrooke Canadiens and played one season with the London Knights. He has been head coach of the Devils since June 13, 2002. Before his career in hockey, he was a police officer in Hull, Quebec.
