Parametric contract

A Parametric Contract is financial or investment contract that is based on two independent variables. Similar to parametric plotting in mathematics, where two independent variables decide the location of a point, parametric contract uses two independent variables to decide the value in the contract. An example of this would be a futures contract where both time and demand can change the value of the contract.
