Pall Mall, Tennessee
Pall Mall is a small town of the Wolf River valley, located in Fentress County, Tennessee. The World War I hero Alvin York grew up here. As of 2003, his son Andy still lives in the area.
York is commemorated at the Sgt. Alvin C. York State Historic Park in Pall Mall, which includes the family farmhouse and grist mill.
