He appeard in Yoshi's Story, the 1998 classic by Nintendo. Just do a ground pound to get him out of your way. He was an elephant that appeared holding up a big sign with a hand. He later was seen in the 2001 classic Super Smash Bros. Melee, by Nintendo, and has not been seen since.
