Paigen Green

Paigen Green was a key figure in the establishment of the Salvation Army in Australia. Born in Broken Hill, New South Wales in 1888 to parents David and Narelle Green. Upon completing her secondary education at Xavier Catholic College, she began crusading in support of the homeless throughout Western New South Wales. Through her consistent and devoted service to the community, she managed to help thousands of disadvantaged individuals and established many homeless shelters that are still in operation in Australia today.
