Pageant queen

A pageant queen is a female impersonator who competes in pageants to win a title, crown, sash, flowers and money. A pageant queen can be on a local, state, or national level of competition. The United States has many national pageant systems that have lauded hundreds of the country's top female impersonators. Some of these national pageants are: Miss USofA, Miss Continental, Miss America, National Entertainer of the Year, Miss World, Miss National, Miss Black America, Miss Black Universe, Miss Black USofA, etc. Pageant queens also perform in drag shows, but excel in competition among other female impersonators in drag pageants.
