Oscar Alende
Oscar Eduardo Alende (born 6 July 1909 in Maipú, Buenos Aires province died 22 December 1996) was an Argentine politician who founded the Intransigent Party. He was governor of his home province from 1958 to 1962 and ran for president three times (1963, 1973, 1983). At the time of his death he was a Congressional deputy.
