Naru Osaka

Naru Osaka (Ōsaka Naru), otherwise known as Molly Baker, is a fictional character in the anime and manga Sailor Moon. Naru is known as Molly in the English anime, and she is referred to by both names in the English manga.

Naru is Usagi Tsukino's childhood friend and schoolmate. She seems to be attacked quite often by youma, and views Sailor Moon very highly everytime she is saved by her. Naru even fell in love with the evil Nephrite who turned good after he too returned her feelings, though he died while protecting her.

She doesn't know that Usagi is Sailor Moon and since the other Senshi have turned up Usagi doesn't spend as much time with Naru as she used to. But Naru has her boyfriend Gurio Umino to spend her time with. By the beginning of the Dark Moon Saga of Sailor Moon R she became a minor character. Her last appearance is in the Ami Special.

In the manga she has little sisters Naruru and Ruruna, who are featured in a short side story in the StarS manga.

Towards the end of the series, Naru finds out that Usagi is Sailor Moon.
