Orimattila

Orimattila is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the Päijänne Tavastia region. The municipality has a population of 14,339 (2003) and covers an area of 617.07 km² of which 8.14 km² is water. The population density is 23.5 inhabitants per km². The biggest store in Orimattila is called Aisakello. There are plenty of business around horses. Even if it´s hard to believe, Orimattila is a city.

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
