Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States

The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) includes the member states of:
- Anguilla
- Antigua and Barbuda
- British Virgin Islands
- Dominica
- Grenada
- Montserrat
- Saint Kitts and Nevis
- Saint Lucia
- Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
The OECS was created on 18 June, 1981, with the Treaty of Basseterre, named after the capital city of St. Kitts and Nevis, where it was signed.
