Opa!

Opa! is a Greek expression, that often accompanies some circumstances or actions. It's often conjured while dancing, having fun or being excited. This is the case where many non-Greeks (tourists) know the word.

Apart from this, the expression is 'used' for surprise, like when an English speaker would ay 'Whoa!'

It is also used as a command meaning "stop!"
