Omskavia
Omskavia (ОмскА́виа in Russian) is an airline based in Omsk, Russia. It operates scheduled and charter, passenger, cargo and mail services, as well as aircraft maintenance. Its main bases are Omsk Airport (OMS) and Domodedovo International Airport (DME), Moscow.

History
It was split off from Aeroflot in the early 1990s and was formed as a result of the separation of Omsk State Air Enterprise into airline and airport enterprises. It was established and started operations on 1 February 1994. The airline is owned by Omsk employees (59.52%), other shareholders (20.48%) and state holding (20%). It employs 747 staff. There have been continuous rumours of a takeover by Siberia Airlines.
Services
Omskavia has regular flights to Moscow, Nizhnevartovsk, Sochi in Russia, and Frankfurt, Hanover, Koln in Germany. It also charters flights to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern resorts.
