Of Montreal
Of Montreal were among the second wave of groups to join the Elephant 6 Collective, and perhaps the most overlooked. Created by Kevin Barnes after a failed romance with a woman from Montreal, the group was/is typical of many Elephant 6 groups in its love of 60s music, in particular that of The Beatles and Brian Wilson, among others.
