Novorossiysk
Novorossiysk (Russian Новороссийск) – city in southern Russia, one of the main Russian ports on the Black Sea. It is located in Krasnodar Krai. It is also the name given to the Italian battleship Giulio Cesare after it was taken into service with the Soviet Union.
The city has 246,900 inhabitants (2004).
