November 9th Society

The November 9th Society is an authoritarian, racist British organisation that claims to espouse National Socialism but is closer to the far right white supremacist goups found in the prominant USA and other countries. The movement was formed in 1977 and is commonly known as N9S. The national director of the group is Kevin Quinn. Until recently N9S has functioned as a pressure group although since 2004 they have began to mobilise as a political party. The society campaigns against immigration, abortion, communism and homosexuality, whilst supporting a hierarchical system of leadership, repatriation and British ownership of industry, with all banking controlled by a central government bank.

The group claim to take their name from the date in 1923 when they claim 16 Nazis were killed in Munich. Critics and opponents have argued that the name is actually based on Kristallnacht and that N9S is merely a force for anti-Semitism. They deny such criticism but do cite Israel as their "most deadly enemy".

N9S are critical of the British National Party, whom they view as too moderate and too prepared to compromise their policies. They produce an occasional magazine Britain Awake. The party has no copyright, stating on their website, "The truth should be freely available to everyone".
