Nou, Niigata
Nou (能生町; -machi) is a town located in Nishikubiki District, Niigata, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 10,266 and a density of 68.22 persons per km². The total area is 150.49 km².
The town was merged into Itoigawa in March 19, 2005.
