Non-fixed access

Non-fixed access: In personal communications service (PCS), terminal access to a network in which there is no set relationship between a terminal and the access interface. The access interface and the terminal each has its own separate "identifiers." The terminal may be moved from one access interface to another while maintaining the terminal's unique identity.
