Noel Fisher

Noel Fisher (c. 1982 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) is a Canadian actor who appeared on a TV show called X-Men: Evolution and starred in the Disney film Max Keeble's Big Move as the bully of Max (Alex D. Linz)'s school.
