Sampad
sampad:سمپاد are national Middle and High Schools in Iran. You can find them in every major city. There are extensive entrance exams for choosing talented students. Every year about 100,000 students apply there and there's an intense contest between them, not unlike universities' entrance exams. It's usually difficult because the source of questions is not pre-announced.
