Nissan VH engine

The VH engine is a 4.1 L to 4.5 L V8 piston engine from Nissan. It is an aluminum DOHC 4-valve design with variable valve timing.

VH45DE

The 4.5 L VH45DE had variable valve timing until its last year (1996) which lacked that feature.

The 4.1 L VH41DE is used in the following vehicles:

• 1997–2001 Infiniti Q45, 267 hp
