Nikolay Nikolayevich Novosiltsev

Count Nikolay Nikolayevich Novosiltsev (Russian: Никола́й Никола́евич Новоси́льцев) (1761–1836) is Russian statesman and a close aide to Alexander I of Russia. He took part in the Privy Committee that outlined Government reform of Alexander I. He also served in the government of the Kingdom of Poland and drafted a proposed Constitution of the Kingdom, which was never realised. Created Count in 1835.
