Nikolai Baranov
Nikolai Baranov (1843 – April 4, 1895) was a Russian politician.
Born in St. Peterburg, he was arrested for possessing a piece of anti-tsarist propaganda and was sentenced to exile in Siberia. The experience greatly changed Baranov and upon his release he joined the radical revolutionary movement Narodnaya Volya.
