Neuberger Berman
Neuberger & Berman, in later years known as Neuberger Berman LLC, is an investment firm that was founded by Roy R. Neuberger. Pursuant to a deal announced in July 2003, shortly after the retired Mr. Neuberger's 100th birthday, the company was acquired by Lehman Brothers on 31 October 2003.
