National Transportation Research Center
The National Transportation Research Center is a facility located in Knoxville, Tennessee dedicated to improving transportation systems as regards efficiency, effects on the environment, and safety. It is a partnership between the Department of Energy, the University of Tennessee, and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
