Naquadah Generator

In the science fiction television show Stargate SG-1, the Naquadah Generator is a power source which can provide near-enormous amounts of clean energy. The device uses the element naquada to provide power. The Earth version of the device was created by Samantha Carter, based on Orbanian designs, in the episode "Learning Curve". The naquadah generator has been used to power not only many Earth-based technology but can be adapted to power other alien technology, such as Ancient technology. Its huge power output is demonstrated in the Stargate Atlantis two-part episode "The Siege" where they used a naquadah generator to power an Ancient control chair which previously needed a Zero Point Module. A naquadah generator can also be converted into a bomb, as seen in the episode "Scorched Earth".
