Naeem Akhtar Bhatti is a politician from Rawalpindi. He is a veteran politican and some people believe him to be more senior than Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, the current MP from the Pindi District.

Mr. Naeem Akthar Bhatti belongs to Teli Muhallah adjacent to the famous Murree Road in Rawalpindi City.

He has served in National Highway Authority and now working in the upper house of parliament in Pakistan. He is working as the Personal Assistant to Dr. Muhammad Ali Brohi, MQM Senator from Sindh. Although, Sardar Noor Hayat Baloch, Private Secretary is also there, the importance of Mr. Bhatti's contribution cannot be disputed.

Mr. Bhatti is the key player in the politics of Teli Muhallah and all lady councillors are elected after his accent.

Mr. Naeem Akhtar Bhatti can be rightly called the Farzande-Potohar. In the very near future, he is predicted to occupy a key position in the civil establishment of Pakistan.
